Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he joined in 2007. The church is also the pastor's director in the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the committee of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
